Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Assistant Finance Director at AutoCanada. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance Director in managing the financial operations of our automotive dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Director in overseeing the finance and insurance department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to identify areas for improvement and develop financial strategies and goals.
  • Train and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance management, with a strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
