As a key member of the Amazon Compensation Technology (ACT) team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting innovative solutions that shape the employee experience. Your team's work directly influences how compensation is calculated, managed, and communicated across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new compensation products and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver impactful results.
  • Champion best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
