At Sunrise Senior Living, we're passionate about providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional dining service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with training and development of team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
- Assist with special events and functions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards.
- Assist with table top inventory management and ensure all food and beverages are handled in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
