Job Title: Mobile Security Guard

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Security Guard to join our team. As a Mobile Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients in a mobile setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mobile patrols to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and other security personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security License.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification.
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Immunization records for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Tuberculosis Skin Tests Step 1 & 2.
  • G level driver's licensing with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience required.
  • English fluency (written and oral) required.
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
