Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Nor-Lab Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, including daily specials, to effectively communicate with patrons.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide insightful recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Order Management: Accurately take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
