Petro Canada is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to succeed.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
  • Order merchandise and ensure it is properly stored and maintained.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, including organizing and maintaining inventory.
  • Manage cash and ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
