About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at 12124599 Canada inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational objectives
    • Manage and control financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants, analysts, and other support staff
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
  • Strategic Planning and Decision-Making
    • Contribute to the development of the organization's strategic plan and objectives
    • Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in the goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
