Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktail mixing, wine service, and draft beer service to provide expert recommendations to guests.
- Utilize point-of-sale computer systems and cash handling procedures to ensure seamless transactions and accurate financial management.
- Lead, manage, and work collaboratively with the Rogues Restaurant Servers to deliver outstanding service and achieve team goals.
- Ring in event tabs and manage event-related transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Serving It Right certification is mandatory, with Food Safe certification being an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervision and service experience in a hotel and/or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, including ingredients and glassware, is essential.
- Product knowledge, particularly in beer, wine, and liquor, is an asset.
