Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accessory Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team in Delta, BC. As an Accessory Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and packing of store orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and organize the pick area, including determining the starting and stopping points for pallets.

  • Select stock according to store order sheets or through RF picking equipment, ensuring accuracy and maintaining an error rate of no more than 3-5 errors per 1000.

  • Build pallets of selected stock, adhering to standards for height, weight, stability, and security of product with shrink wrap.

  • Perform assigned tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment, including sweeping, cleaning up cardboard, and advising Replenishers of empty pick locations.

  • Operate moving equipment safely and ensure equipment is in proper working order before each shift.

  • Perform other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience using an end-rider is required; experience with RF scanners and reach truck certification are assets.

  • Ability to lift products up to 50 lbs each.
