Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at EXPRESS SMILE CARE INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Permanent work arrangement.
  • English or French language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
