We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Active Doors & Moulding Ltd. as a Warehouse Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within the warehouse, utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, using computerized inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, as well as operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects, and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
