Your Contribution:

As a Procurement Solutions Business Analyst, you will collaborate with Softchoice's clients and our internal IT teams to identify requirements and facilitate the development and testing of integrations between client procurement systems and Softchoice's ordering platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and insights to the Sales team and external clients regarding standard business-to-business procure-to-pay integrations and their benefits. Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with clients and internal teams; manage integration-related configuration and documentation for all stakeholders. Oversee and deliver on all client-requested e-procurement initiatives; this includes planning, prioritization, risk assessment, execution, and deployment. Assist in negotiations to achieve practical solutions as necessary. Coordinate with IT teams to implement system fixes or enhancements as needed. Work alongside IT teams to integrate procurement systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure seamless data transfer and process automation. Maintain project timelines, coordinating with both external and internal parties, utilizing basic project management techniques; communicate status updates to stakeholders as needed. Contribute to the development and execution of test plans for each integration. Collaborate with sales teams and clients on change management as solutions are rolled out. Manage user access and configurations in the procurement networks utilized by our clients. Ensure ongoing maintenance of existing integrations. Provide support to Sales, Accounts Receivable, and clients as required. Assist in resolving issues as necessary. Communicate with procurement networks to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Maintain records of client integrations. Develop and maintain integration presentations for Sales to utilize with clients.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree or diploma. Strong understanding of the business-to-business procure-to-pay cycle. Familiarity with common integration mechanisms and high-level protocols. 3+ years of experience with Procurement Networks (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, etc.). 3+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, QA, UAT, deployment). Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in engaging with external clients (sales, customer service, or similar roles). Strong problem-solving abilities and experience. Negotiation skills and experience. Ideally, familiarity with various integration document formats such as EDI, TXT, CSV, PDF, tab-delimited, XML, and JSON. Ideally, knowledge of common data integration tools and terms such as AS2, API, FTP, HTTP.
