Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Lead, Hub Operations Coordinator will oversee a team of Coordinators and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in Hub Station Operations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination between internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to a team of 4-6 Hub Operations Coordinators.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train new team members and existing staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Perform administrative functions, including scheduling and payroll for the team.
  • Act as a central point of contact for hub station operations, collecting and sharing information between internal and external teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in airline operations or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Able to obtain Transport Canada Restricted Area Identification Card (Security Clearance).
