Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Navacord. As an HR Generalist, Special Projects, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and enhancing key national HR projects, processes, and initiatives that drive change and transformation across our Broker Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Compliance & Governance: Support our Navacord Broker partners to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and update policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.
  • Culture & Engagement: Facilitate the implementation of our identified One Culture priorities that enhance well-being and transform company culture. Partner with the HR team and local business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational change and transformation.
  • Project Management & HR Technology Implementation: Support HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Develop and facilitate project plans and timelines coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • CHRP (or equivalent) designation or working towards it.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a Generalist in a growing company.
