Senior Microsoft Power Platform Functional Lead/Architect

Job Summary:
NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Functional Lead/Architect to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of a Power Platform based compliance solution to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process analysis and create a Fit/Gap report
- Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
- Create estimates for implementation tasks
- Installation, setup and configuration of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
- Data migration from external systems into the Microsoft Dataverse
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Conduct user and administrator training
- Complete the project tasks on time and under budget
- Configuration of the D365/Power Platform solution as required
Requirements:
- 5 years overall MS Dynamics 365/CRM experience
- Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing and administering MS Dynamics 365/CRM required
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset
- Testing: Test Case preparation and execution
- Experience as an MS Dynamics 365/CRM team lead consultant in a client-facing role for MS Dynamics top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable
- Ability to guide a project team from a functional perspective
- Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients
- Ability to work in non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.)
- Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working in a project team environment
- Solves complex problems with creative solutions
- SCRUM master experience/certification is an asset
- Residency in the Ottawa, ON region is an asset
- Ability to customize Dynamics 365 with standard programming languages
