Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying business requirements and designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their business needs and identify requirements
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions to meet client needs
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Resolve conflict situations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of business systems and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
Work Environment:
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language
