Job Title: Senior Manager, Planning

At Riverside Health Care Facilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Planning to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and development of our Information Systems & Technology (IST) department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, planning, support, and management of all information systems, technology, software, and infrastructure.
  • Manage, plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-specific activities of the organization.
  • Work closely with decision makers, partners, and stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for the organization.
  • Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination.
  • Ensure the continuous delivery and operation of efficient and effective integrated clinical and administrative solutions and systems.
  • Work directly and collaboratively with clinical leadership in clinical equipment analysis, planning, design, and site readiness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT planning and management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
