Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our President. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the President's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to the President's Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the President's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the President's Office, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Manage the President's calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, faculty, and staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a higher education or corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
