Corporate Investigations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Investigations team. As a key member of our Corporate Security Services department, you will be responsible for conducting complex investigations, providing risk advice, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee and vendor misconduct, including fraud, code of conduct violations, and workplace harassment.
- Manage civil and criminal cases, serving as the primary liaison with law enforcement agencies.
- Assess and investigate allegations received through our internal whistleblower hotline.
- Provide strategic advice and operational support to management in responding to security incidents.
- Maintain a strong network of internal and external relationships to promote information sharing and collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver concise reports on investigative findings, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in public or private sector investigations, with a focus on fraud, theft, and risk assessments.
- Established network of relationships with law enforcement agencies and other legal professionals.
- Strong knowledge of privacy legislation, including PIPEDA and the Canadian Criminal Code.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and manage complex investigations.
- Excellent relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
