Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Helper to join our team at beBee Professionals in Montréal. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure a safe and efficient work site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers on-site, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in construction is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials, ensuring the safe handling of equipment and materials.
