As a key member of our Enterprise Data and Records Management Office (EDRMO), you will play a critical role in delivering business services and consultative support on the identification, retention, and disposition of records and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to the EDRMO's governance framework and processes.
  • Communicate the rationale for these changes, negotiate solutions to enhance operational effectiveness, support risk and control activities, and advance enterprise-wide data and records management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to develop and implement flexible, innovative solutions that provide business value.
  • Support the operationalization of records-related policies and standards by engaging with business partners across the organization.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing large-scale records.
  • Experience managing programs within Financial Institutions.
  • Experience implementing solutions for record management.
  • Leadership experience such as leading a program.
