Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reception Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, striving to minimize hold times.
- Take thorough messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate party.
- Perform clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
- Stay up-to-date on procedural changes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- High school education or equivalent work experience.
- Strong customer relation skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work in an active and social atmosphere without being distracted.
- Professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
