Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reception Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring all guests are helped and satisfied.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, striving to minimize hold times.
- Take thorough messages, indicating the caller's name, company name, and reason for call, and ensure the message gets to the appropriate party.
- Perform clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
- Stay up to date on procedural changes for each dealership.
- Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- Ability to be versatile in working with changing priorities and multitask.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Strong customer relation skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work and function with all work teams and department levels.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated computer skills - MS Word and Excel.
- Must be able to work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted.
- Professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills.
- A second language is ideal or preferred.
- Completed high school education or equivalent work experience.
