As a Senior Security Analyst, you will collaborate with the Director of Information Security to safeguard our organization's information systems and data. Your role will involve translating security objectives and risk management strategies into actionable security processes supported by advanced technologies and services. Compensation Overview: The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,200 - $118,000, based on a 35-hour work week. Your compensation will reflect your qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.

Qualifications We Value:
  • Strong technical expertise in both Windows on-premises and Azure cloud environments, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure or Information Security
  • Proficiency in application and infrastructure security solutions, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platforms, and Identity and Access Management systems
  • In-depth knowledge of information security standards and practices (e.g., NIST CSF, NIST 800:53, CIS, OWASP, PCI DSS) and data protection principles
  • Understanding of secure coding methodologies and strategies to defend against web application threats
  • Experience in secure design and risk assessments for both cloud and on-premises environments, including SaaS solutions
  • Ability to provide security recommendations based on application security testing outcomes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences
  • Possession of an information security certification from a recognized body (CEH, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise security documentation, including policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
  • Assist in validating security controls through vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize risks to the organization's information assets, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
  • Configure and manage security tools such as firewalls, MDR, and SIEM platforms; analyze security data to identify potential threats
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security incidents
  • Respond to security incidents, investigating and addressing breaches as necessary
  • Design and maintain a security architecture process that facilitates the integration of new assets while aligning with business technology strategies
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, service desk, and project teams to implement and uphold security measures
