Property Market Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Property Market Development Lead with extensive knowledge of the Canadian real estate landscape and a proven history of collaborating with significant REITs and property management firms. The successful candidate will enhance growth by advocating our cutting-edge residential rental solutions to property owners and managers, thereby boosting their operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with pivotal stakeholders in the Canadian rental sector.
  • Perform market analysis to uncover partnership prospects and evaluate client requirements.
  • Proactively seek new business avenues through networking and industry gatherings.
  • Present compelling demonstrations of our offerings to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts for mutual advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth integration and delivery of services.
  • Provide insights on market dynamics and recommend enhancements to strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor movements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business development within the real estate or property sector in Canada.
  • Strong grasp of the Canadian rental landscape and the requirements of REITs and property managers.
  • Proven success in establishing and managing strategic alliances.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
