Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary trades certificate in automation or maintenance-related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills, with ability to learn new concepts and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at heights exceeding 20 meters and travel for training.
