Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at LUXURY SALON & SPA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, provide information, and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage switchboard, telephone system, and office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain work records, logs, and schedules.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, send invoices, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication: Answer telephone, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
