Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at WEICARE CLEANING SERVICE INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. This includes performing various cleaning tasks, handling laundry, and assisting with other household duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shopping and Supplies: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, team player.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Work under pressure.

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
