Corporate Finance Legal Coordinator

The role of a Corporate Finance Legal Assistant involves providing essential support in a dynamic corporate environment. This position is permanent and requires a commitment of 30 hours per week.
Work EnvironmentAs part of a business law and financial management setting, the assistant will engage in various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of legal processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and workflows.
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
- Review and edit documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and proper grammar.
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.
Technical ProficiencyProficiency in the following software is essential:
- MS Word
- MS Office Suite
- QuickBooks
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
Candidates should have experience in:
- Creating charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams.
- Handling contracts and correspondence.
- Preparing financial statements and reports.
- Management-related tasks.
The focus of this role is on legal services.
