Job Title: Corporate Finance Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Legal Assistant to join our team at NAN HUANG CHARTERED PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT, PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and legal teams
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Develop and maintain office procedures and routines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
