Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this float nursing position, you will provide care to patients across various age groups with diverse healthcare needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring patient comfort and well-being. This is a Full-Time, Temporary contract for 6 months, requiring availability from 8 am to 8 pm, including alternating weekends, totaling 84 hours biweekly. Travel between clinics is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate patients' unique needs
- Implement and continuously monitor individualized care plans

Qualifications:
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential
- Experience in community care is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to travel to patient residences within the designated area
- A passion for making a positive impact in the community
- Availability for on-call coverage, including after-hours, to ensure patient safety and care needs are met
