Silent Partners Studio est à la recherche d'un.e Designer Unreal senior expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe créative.

Principales responsabilités
  1. Contribuer au processus créatif en générant les éléments demandés pour les projets.
  2. Collaborer directement avec les producteurs créatifs, les directeurs créatifs, les directeurs artistiques et les chargés de projet.
  3. Participer aux réunions de création et de production, éventuellement sur le site, en fonction des besoins.
  4. Assister l'équipe créative dans diverses tâches.
  5. Collaborer pour résoudre les problèmes et apporter des corrections avec l'équipe.
  6. Maintenir une conscience de l'avancement du projet et participer à la communication quotidienne avec l'équipe.
Qualifications
  1. 4 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la création de contenu visuel, en particulier dans Unreal Engine, avec une formation en animation 2D/3D, jeu vidéo ou VFX.
  2. Diplôme en animation 2D/3D, jeu vidéo ou VFX ou expérience connexe.
  3. L'expérience de tout autre logiciel 2D/3D est considérée comme un atout, en particulier en ce qui concerne l'intégration avec Unreal Engine.
  4. Aptitude avérée à respecter les conventions de dénomination et à maintenir des structures de dossiers organisées sur le serveur, ainsi qu'une expérience du contrôle des révisions.
  5. Familiarité avec les techniques de recherche technique et artistique, en particulier dans le contexte du rendu en temps réel et de la production virtuelle.
  6. Esprit de collaboration et capacité à proposer des solutions techniques et des outils innovants dans Unreal Engine afin d'améliorer les flux de travail des projets.
  7. Des compétences en programmation C++ en général sont considérées comme un atout.
  8. Compréhension de divers aspects techniques tels que les formats, les codecs, la synchronisation audio, les fréquences d'images et les conventions de dénomination des fichiers dans l'environnement Unreal.
  9. Participation active aux étapes de création, de production et de travaux en cours des projets.
  10. Identification rapide et signalement des problèmes techniques.
  11. Veiller à la propreté du projet tout au long du processus et avant l'archivage.
