Job Title: Field Sales Representative

At WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the eastern Vancouver/BC Area.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality who can generate their own leads through cold calling, research, and networking. If you're a self-motivated, organized, and creative team player with a track record of building a territory, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts to achieve assigned sales growth quotas and targets
  • Prospect for potential new customers using various direct and indirect methods
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Manage territory and time effectively to exceed personal goals
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
  • Develop and maintain territory plans to meet sales targets
  • Track sales activity and maintain detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
  • Process customer transactions and attend team meetings for continued training and development
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Basic understanding of laundry room operations, laundry systems, technologies, and utility expenses
  • Closing skills are an asset
  • Adaptability to different business environments and settings
  • Solid track record in developing growth with new accounts
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and resourcefulness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English
