Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Scanway Catering Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs associated with products and services, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we are getting the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our business is running efficiently and effectively.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
As an Assistant Manager at Scanway Catering Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have strong attention to detail.
