About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results. You will be the go-to person for customer inquiries, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. Your ability to motivate and develop your team will be key to driving sales and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales and achieve business objectives through effective visual merchandising and product knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
