Job Title: Electrician

DREAMAIR HEATING AND COOLING INC. is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install underground wiring and cables, ensuring safe and efficient electrical connections.
  • Design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations, adhering to industry standards.
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and circuit integrity to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Determine the appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Install surface mount and/or overhead cables, ensuring secure and reliable connections.
  • Instruct apprentices, sharing your expertise and knowledge to develop the next generation of electricians.
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures, including swimming pools and hot tubs, to prevent electrical shock.
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring accurate and efficient project planning.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying your knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
