Electrician Technician

DREAMAIR HEATING AND COOLING INC. is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Install underground wiring and cables, ensuring safe and efficient electrical connections.
- Design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations, adhering to industry standards.
- Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and circuit integrity to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
- Determine the appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Install surface mount and/or overhead cables, ensuring secure and reliable connections.
- Instruct apprentices, sharing your expertise and knowledge to develop the next generation of electricians.
- Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures, including swimming pools and hot tubs, to prevent electrical shock.
- Estimate costs and materials, ensuring accurate and efficient project planning.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying your knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
- Bondable and able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Judgement and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Work Term: Permanent, with a 30-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English.
