About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist at Gibbs Building Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and other surfaces to ensure a clean and dust-free environment.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms, elevators, and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Trash and Debris: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and sparkling environment.
