About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Forever Building Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure all areas of the building are clean and sanitized, including floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and recycling bins, and ensure all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning of high-traffic areas or event cleanup.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment by reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
