Billing Supervisor Job Description

The YK Career Education Society is seeking a skilled Billing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management to provide insights into our billing operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
