The Opportunity

We're seeking a visionary Director of Sourcing to lead our dedicated team and elevate our sourcing strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring we deliver high-quality, on-trend apparel while maintaining ethical and sustainable practices.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans aligned with RCL's brand identities and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with reliable suppliers worldwide, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance, upholding the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify innovative sourcing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless integration of sourcing strategies into product development cycles.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in global apparel sourcing, with a deep understanding of supply chains and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
  • A passion for fashion and a commitment to ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
