- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that foster learning and exploration, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local attractions, while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, highlighting the progress and any concerns of children.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers, working together to provide a comprehensive support system for children and families.
- Environment and Safety: Plan and maintain a secure and healthy environment that meets the needs of children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Certifications and Licenses: Possess an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
- Work Arrangements: Work on a permanent basis, with a typical workload of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
