Job Summary
The Commission Scolaire Central Quebec / Central Quebec School Board is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting students with adaptation difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Intervention Plans: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create personalized intervention plans that cater to the unique needs of our students.
- Provide Guidance and Support: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to offer advice and support that fosters a collaborative and caring approach.
- Design and Adapt Educational Resources: Create and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of students with adjustment difficulties, ensuring they have access to the tools they need to succeed.
- Lead Training and Group Activities: Plan and lead training sessions for educational professionals and group activities for students, promoting the development of adaptive skills and desirable social behaviors.
- Crisis Intervention: Intervene in crisis situations, providing concrete and benevolent solutions to support the entities involved.
