Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Cancomm Contracting Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Participation in a government or community program that supports newcomers, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, or visible minorities
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
