About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and direction of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop innovative concepts and integrated campaigns for regional and national clients.
  • Lead teams of art directors, copywriters, and design/production specialists to ensure effective management and collaboration.
  • Develop and adapt campaigns to meet the needs of the QC market, with a focus on creating engaging and effective content.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the advertising industry, and apply this knowledge to drive creative excellence.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in concept development, design, and copywriting within advertising agencies.
  • Proven experience in creating integrated campaigns across traditional and digital media.
  • Strong understanding of social media communication strategies and proficiency in creation tools and software.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Familiarity with the motion design process and experience in leading teams and delivering compelling client presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the Quebec market and experience in working with national teams.
