  • Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans

The Director of Marketing and Brand Growth will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance institutional brand awareness and support enrollment growth objectives.

Brand Strategy and Management

This role will oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication efforts, and drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness among key audiences.

Marketing Team Leadership

The Director will lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Performance Metrics and Data Analysis

This role will develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and brand initiatives, and leverage market research and data analytics to refine the brand strategy.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration

The Director will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to support marketing and communications strategies, and contribute to the development of a multi-year, integrated, university-wide strategic marketing and communications plan.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • Minimum of Ten Years' Experience in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management
  • Proven Experience in Developing and Executing Brand Strategies
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
