Housekeeping Supervisor

At CAPRI MOTOR INN LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
