About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Coordinator to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As an Internet Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective online engagement and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume online contacts, including phone and email inquiries, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer personalized advice to meet business objectives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless online experience.
  • Set appointments for new and pre-owned vehicles by determining customer needs and preferences.
  • Maximize vehicle sales and profit by meeting and exceeding established sales goals.
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base by seeking new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Commit to meeting and exceeding sales goals, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Highly self-motivated with strong leadership skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
  • A post-secondary degree is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong customer relation skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Highly self-disciplined and organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to maintain records using computerized systems.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
