About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth running operation.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods is required.
