We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Encore Canada. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment, including sound and video systems, to ensure flawless event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
- Collaborate with other staff and vendors to ensure smooth event execution and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and complete necessary paperwork.
- Stay up-to-date with company processes and procedures, adhering to established protocols for equipment setup and operation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
